AssignmentThe following article includes a graphical representation (first graph) of Coronavirus cases in the United States that fails to show the exponential nature of the situation. For your assignment today I would like for you to recreate the graph to more accurately show exponential growth. The article includes information that will assist you in identifying the primary mistake within the graph. Please only use the US observations (purple dots) in your new graph. You do not have to use every single data point, but the more points you use the better your graph will be. Be as accurate and detailed as you can. This should be an accurate, well labeled graph, not just rough sketch. Let me know if you have further assistance.

AssignmentWatch the following video and answer the reflection questions
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bRc-YfcXVYo 1) How are exponential functions similar to linear functions? How are the different? 2) How are exponential functions similar to quadratic functions? How are the different? AssignmentToday we are going to move into a new unit. Before we dive into all of the algebraic mathy goodness, I would like to begin differently this time. It seems to be the obvious thing to do. You'll see what I mean.
Please read the following article and write a reflection. Like you did a few days ago, 2 or 3 paragraphs should be adequate. You should include the main idea, the mathematical elements that you found important, and anything interesting that jumped out at you. Please type your reflection and share it with me on Google drive. You can answer them on paper and submit as you have been, or you can type your answers and send electronically.
The link to the video is here AssignmentUse the resources from previous posts if you need to review any of the operations we have covered.
AssignmentFor today's activity, I would like for you to choose a 'What If?' article and write a brief synopsis. Please include the elements that you found the most interesting/important to the overall scenario. I think 2 - 3 paragraphs would be fine. You can also use today to catch up on any daily assignments from this week. Please email any questions.
The Wat If? archive can be found here You can email your work as normal (please type) or you can share it through google drive. PLEASE SAVE YOUR WORK JUST IN CASE MESS UP SOMETHING ON GOOGLE DRIVE.
